IS LAUNCHING.

Jaimie is launching a Podcast in early 2026 called Headbanging Through It, which will be available on Spotify in early January. After years of strain as an Emergency Services Worker: 9-1-1 Dispatcher/Call-Taker & Court Liaison Officer, Jaimie was diagnosed with PTSD and a Clinical Anxiety Disorder. Her Podcast covers topics that are "hard" for people to talk about, the difficulties of her recovery, and addressing the stigmas and assumptions surrounding Mental Health.

Her other focus on the show is Heavy Metal, her love of music, and how she uses it as motivation to fuel herself, and keep moving forward with her recovery.
